Automatic correction control system is a closed-loop control system, controller, sensor, linear guide mechanism constitutes the basic part of closed-loop control, first the correction sensor detects the edge or line of the coil, reads out the actual position of the coil and the offset of the set position, and converts the offset into an electrical signal proportional to it, and then sends the electrical signal to the controller, the signal is amplified and calibrated by the controller, and output to the linear driver, the linear drive according to the size of the signal, drive the guiding mechanism, restore the coil to the set position. The drive signal of the current drive is only proportional to the amount of web mistracking, which enables control of a variety of different coils and guiding systems.
The guiding system is to adjust the operation of machine components through a certain control mode, which can correct some errors well, so it is widely used in many industries. Here I mainly tell you about several control modes commonly used in it:
One is mechanical, which can automatically adjust some guide rails and double cones, which is more mechanical and may not be flexible enough.
The second is electric, this control mode is mainly using photoelectric detection, is to send the signal that has deviated to the control cabinet, and then correct it through the motor.
The third is the gas-liquid method, which uses pneumatics to detect, and sprays the controlled jet to the spool valve for related correction.
The fourth is the photoelectric liquid method, which is also used to detect the photoelectricity, which can amplify the signal and use the electro-hydraulic valve to correct the deviation.
